For fun, here is an easy holiday appetizer. It is super easy to make, especially if you have left over cranberry relish from Thanksgiving. If you do not have leftovers, below is the recipe I used when I made the relish. You can also purchase a bit of relish from the deli section of the grocery.
Athens Mini Fillo Shells
Basil or mint for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take Mini fillo shells from the freezer. Add a bit of brie and top with cranberry relish. Heat in pre-heated oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until heated through. If desired, add a little garnishment with a sliver of basil or mint. So pretty and yummy!
